Staci Zampa
Staci Zampa is a founding Compass agent in both New York and Connecticut with over 20 years as a top-producing realtor. She leads the number one team in Stamford for volume and the number two team in the area. As founder of Women of Stamford (WOS), Staci is dedicated to connecting and empowering women. Her commitment to building supportive networks drives both her professional success and community involvement.
Emily Lato
Emily Lato, born and raised in Stamford, is the driving force behind Designs by Lee, her family's 14-acre garden center in North Stamford. She manages daily operations and leads community events that bring people together. In 2022, she joined Staci in growing Women of Stamford. For Emily, it's all about building strong connections and creating supportive spaces—whether through plants or community initiatives.
