Lana Gifas, Executive Director of Women's Mentoring Network, champions economic empowerment for women and their families through employment and educational opportunities. With an MBA from Fordham University and extensive financial sector experience, she has led the organization to national recognition, including the 2024 Inclusive Community Team of the Year Award.
